During the COVID-19 pandemic, we developed the SilverCloud by Amwell Space from COVID-19 to support individuals through the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic. As COVID-19 has become a part of daily life, however, we recognize that the program name may no longer reflect its intended purpose of supporting individuals through difficult times in their lives.

Additionally, feedback from our customers has shown that much of the program’s content remains valuable for those dealing with other overwhelming life events.

With this in mind, we’ve decided to repurpose the program to offer more general support. On Monday, December 9, the Space from COVID-19 program will be renamed Space from Challenging Times. This updated program will maintain the original content with minimal adjustments, making it broadly applicable to support individuals through various difficult times.

This transition will be seamless for you, and we believe it will provide even greater value by aligning with the current needs of our community. Additionally, anyone currently engaged in this program will remain enrolled without interruption.
