General code of conduct
The Amwell Customer Community is there for everyone, however we want to make sure that the community offers a positive experience for all visitors. Therefore, these general guidelines have been established. Should there be any questions or issues, please let us know via a mail to support(at)gainsight.com. By accessing this website, you (“you”, “your” or “user”) acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You agree that these terms and conditions are enforceable like any written agreement signed by you. If you are accessing the Amwell Customer Community as a current employee, contractor, or agent of a corporation, partnership, or entity who is contracted to use Amwell services or products, partnership or similar entity, then you must be authorized to sign for and bind such entity in order to accept the terms of this agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so. The rights granted under this agreement are expressly conditioned upon acceptance by such authorized personnel.
Amwell reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all your visits to the Amwell Customer Community, both now and in the future.
By accessing this website, you agree to the following:
1. Be friendly
Users must treat one another with respect. Users will not post any racist, insulting, sexist, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise insulting comments, will not use coarse language, make inappropriate jokes or otherwise harass other users.
2. Stay legal
Users may not post any pornographic or otherwise offensive material, share illegal or copyrighted content, attempt to distribute illegal substances, distribute viruses or other material which gives you access to the computers or systems of other users, or generally anything that is considered illegal by your country of residence.
3. Stay on topic
Please do not change the subject of a discussion to something not intended by the original poster. Any off-topic posting or “hijacking” of threads will result in content being removed and ultimately can cause users to be denied access to the community.
4. No commercial use
Users may not use the forum for (commercial) activities such as the advertising or sale of products or services, the sending of commercial messages (spam), the offering of (interactive) games or the advertising of other chat forums or websites.
5. Public Information
Your name and profile information are publicly visible. You can edit your profile information and you can make some items private. When you post or add comments in public groups, this content will be considered public.
6. No sharing of private information
Please refrain from sharing personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people or companies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you share or otherwise send personal information, it will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. No multiple accounts
Users shall not own multiple accounts on this community. If the Community Team detects double accounts all secondary accounts will be banned.
8. Moderator actions
The Community Team reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual users, or remove users altogether, should it be regarded as necessary in Amwell’s sole discretion. Users shall not discuss any Moderation actions in public; should you disagree with an action taken, please contact a Moderator or the Community Manager via private message.
9. Be careful
All users on this community are here to help; however, nobody can be held responsible for any negative consequences resulting out of information derived from this community.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation Liability
All information provided on the Amwell Customer Community is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Use of the Amwell Customer Community is entirely at your own risk. Amwell does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, non-infringement of intellectual property rights, or quality of any material in the community, regardless of the source of the material. Amwell and its suppliers will not be liable or responsible in any way for your use of the Amwell Customer Community, any claims brought against you a by a third party, or any content on the Amwell Customer Community, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the material, or for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any material.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Amwell against any loss, damage or expense incurred by Amwell (or its affiliates) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the Amwell Customer Community or the information accessible through the Amwell Customer Community; and (b) any third party claim of infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights arising from any content or information provided by you or the actual use of your content or information by other users of the Amwell Customer Community.
12. Limited License
Limited License. Amwell hereby authorizes you to copy materials published by Amwell on this website solely for internal business use within your organization in support of Amwell products and services. No other use of the information is authorized. In consideration of this authorization, you agree that any copy of these materials which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original.
Except as specified above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, trademark , copyright or any other intellectual property right of Amwell or any third party.
Content included on this site and provided by or on behalf of Amwell (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and forum posts) is the exclusive property of Amwell. By submitting your content, including any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information about Amwell products and services to the Amwell Customer Community, you hereby grant to Amwell a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, freely transferable, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright, publicity, and moral rights, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to any content you provide to us in any public space on this website or in any email that you provide to us through this website or any other Amwell website. Please do not post content on the Amwell Customer Community if you do not want to grant Amwell the above mentioned rights.

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed within the Amwell Customer Community are the property of Amwell or other third parties. The Amwell Customer Community may contain links to third party sites. Access to any other internet site linked to this website is at the user's own risk and Amwell is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites. Amwell provides these links merely as a convenience and the inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement. Any links posted by you are subject to all terms and conditions like any other type of content posted to the Amwell Customer Community. You may not post a link that directs users to any content or information that would constitute a violation of these terms and conditions.
15. Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the website is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the website may be subject to prosecution.
