Adding others on my team to both the community and the engagement HUB

Do I need to request access to the Community for other team members from my CSM or is it open to anyone with a Capital Blue Cross email address?  The primary reason I am adding them is so the can access the Engagement Hub. Is it open once you are in the community or do I need to request access for each of them?

Hi ​@rwinemiller67! The Customer Community (and Engagement Hub) is open to anyone within your organization who has a Capital Blue Cross email address. Your colleagues can self-enroll in the Amwell Customer Community directly. You can direct them to this post for instructions on how to enroll: Have You Registered Yet? Your Community Awaits.

Once they are registered as Community users, they can access the Engagement Hub from the Engagement Hub Community page. While there is no limit on the number of Capital Blue Cross marketing contacts who can access the Engagement Hub, it is a gated experience, so we will need to know their names to configure access on the back end. You can send me an email with the names of your colleagues who need Engagement Hub access to community@amwell.com.
