We are having issues getting Converge Looker to run this morning.  Are there issues?

Hi ​@SReichert, Thanks for reaching out! I can confirm that there are no widespread outages on Amwell that have been impacting Converge Looker.

If you're still experiencing issues, could you please send an email to success@amwell.com with additional information? Specifically:

  • Is the issue related to access and logging in, or is the data not pulling?
  • Any screenshots of the issue/error.
